Iraqi Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, on Monday called for residents and tribes of Fallujah to expel terrorists to prevent fighting in the city and avoid the dangers of armed confrontations.
In a short statement, al-Maliki called on the people of Fallujah and its tribes to repel the terrorists from the city so their neighborhoods are not subjected to the dangers of armed clashes.
The Iraqi armed forces continued military operations against the terrorists and terrorism all over the country and imposed security cordon on the targeted area.
The Iraqi army mobilized operation units from al-Jazeera and al-Badiya forces supported with helicopters along the Iraqi borders with Syria and Jordan to the west of Anbar to prevent the flow of the gunmen from the two countries into Iraq and vice versa.
In relevant context, Iraqi political powers called for persecuting Saudi Arabia for supporting and financing terrorism in Iraq and Syria.
Earlier, al-Maliki announced that the battles in Anbar province will continue until entirely eliminating al-Qaeda gatherings in the province, calling for national unity and abandoning sectarian logic
