Information Minister, Omran al-Zoubi, stressed Israeli entity does not abide of any international resolution that does not serve its interests, referring to the non-abidance of Turkey and Jordan to the UN Security Council Resolutions 2170 and 2178, in addition to their direct cooperation with Qatar and Saudi Arabia, at the government and intelligence levels, in terms of training gunmen and facilitating their infiltration into Syria. Al-Zoubi said, during an interview with al-Ikhbariya TV on Wednesday, that there are countries with capacities that do not help them curb their borders such as Iraq and Lebanon, pointing out the presence of Takfiri and extremist forces in Lebanon supports the armed terrorist organizations in Syria. The Minister wondered whether anyone could guarantee that terrorism will not be approaching them, and whether Erdogan could guarantee that terrorism will not expand to Turkey, Riyadh or Doha. He clarified that the strategy of combatting terrorism, on regional or international levels, should take into account all the data such as its place, ways of supporting it and its supporters, pointing out that there is another way different from striking it through air raids, which is knowing its funders and weapon suppliers. “We condemn terrorism of all its manifestations regardless of geography or the nationality of the victims, for terrorism that struck Paris, London, Madrid, Damascus, Baghdad, Cairo or Gaza is one and the western states and their agents from Arab governments are held responsible for the spread of the terrorist ideology and culture” Al-Zoubi said. He stressed that Syria still considers the Israeli entity the first and sole enemy of the Arab Nation, as the Nation is directly responsible for and concerned with this conflict from Iraq to Morocco, and Syria still considers the brothers and allies in Iran and Russia as partners in this conflict. Al-Zoubi pointed out that Egypt is a major Arab state and it should play its natural role in leading the Arab Nation along with Syria and Iraq, reffering to the fall of the Muslim Brotherhood project.
