Iranian Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani affirmed on Sunday that Iran will continue to support Syria and Iraq till removing the threat of terrorist groups in the region completely.

During a meeting with President of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI) Ammar al-Hakim in Tehran, Shamkhani said the improved level of Iranian-Russian-Syrian cooperation as well as the resistance axis against terrorism in Syria will have great effects on eradication of terrorist organizations in the region.

The Iranian official added that the strategic advances of the Syrian Arab Army and the backing forces at the Aleppo front will soon radically alter the field conditions in the main zone of conflict.
