Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed on Monday with the permanent members of the Russian Security Council the Syrian Arab Army’s recent advance in the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo city.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the advance of the Syrian army in Eastern Aleppo and restoring a number of the city’s neighborhoods were discussed during the meeting.

Units of Army and Armed Forces restored during the past few hours security and stability to Hanano Housings, Jabal Badro, al-Hulluk, al-Sakhour, the Scientific Research Housings and al-Haidaria in the eastern part of Aleppo city after eliminating a large number of terrorists.
