Zarif congratulates al-Moallem on breaking the ISIS siege of Deir Ezzor
Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem received on wednesday a telephone call from his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif congratulating the leadership and people of Syria on breaking the ISIS siege of Deir Ezzor.

Zarif underlined the strong and deep Syrian-Iranian relations and the need to further enhance them, reiterating that Iran will continue to provide support to Syria in its war against terrorism until achieving full victory.

In turn, al-Moallem extended to Zarif the Syrian people and government’s gratitude and appreciation to Iran for its support, stressing that the Syrian Arab army will go on in fighting terrorist organizations till full liberation of all Syrian territory.
