Units of the armed forces on Monday continued military operations against the terrorist organizations across the country, inflicting heavy losses upon them.

A military source said that units of the armed forces in cooperation with the popular defense forces foiled an attempt by members of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization to infiltrate into Idleb city from several directions, leaving large numbers of them dead… Normal life returns to prevail in the city.

Army units destroyed terrorists’ vehicles and dens in the countryside of the province, killing and injuring many other terrorists to the south of Ihsim, Kafar Sajna, Khan Sheikhoun, Tal al-A’as and Taftanaz.

Units of the armed forces killed and injured many terrorists and destroyed a number of their vehicles in a number of neighborhoods and areas in the northern province of Aleppo and its countryside.

A military source told SANA that army units killed a number of terrorists in Hraitan, al-Ramousa, Old Aleppo, al-Kallasa, Hayyan, al-Sheikh Sa’id, the surrounding of the castle, and in the neighborhoods of al-Amiria, and al-A’azamia.

Meanwhile, other operations were launched by the army in Anadan, Aghyour roundabout and to the west of Handarat where a number of terrorists’ vehicles were destroyed and all terrorists onboard were killed.

Army units continued to advance in the northern countryside of Hama province and tightened control over al-Bwaida village, eliminating big numbers of terrorists.

Tens of terrorists were killed or injured and their vehicles were destroyed in Kafar Zita, al-Sayyad, to the north of Morek, al-Latamna
and Dakila al-Janoubia in the province as many other terrorists were killed and their vehicles destroyed in Ein Hussein, Talbisa, al-Waer and to the east of al-Shaer field in the countryside of the province.

An army unit destroyed a truck loaded with ammunition with all terrorists inside it while it was passing across Hanourah-Um al-Dababir roundabout in the eastern countryside of Homs central province coming from al-Aqirebat area in the province.

A military source said Monday that units of the army and the armed forces destroyed two terrorists’ hideouts with all terrorists inside them in al-S’en al-Gharbi and Ein Hussein al-Janoubi in Homs countryside.

The source told SANA that other army units killed a large number of terrorists and injured others in the old al-Waer in Homs, in Tar al-Ashtar area in al-Rastan, Tal Dao and Kafer Laha and al-Hula in the countryside and in Um al-Dababir in Palmyra countryside
