Thursday weather forecast: Temperatures to drop, yet remain above average, weather misty in eastern areas
The Temperatures will continue to drop, yet they will remain from 1 to 2 degrees above average as the country is affected by a Indian seasonal low air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds while the weather will be misty and hot in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.

The wind will be northwesterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 37/23, Daraa 35/21, Homs 36/19, Lattakia 29/23, Aleppo 38/21 and Deir Ezzor 42/22.
