The temperatures will remain from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy sometimes in the evening and at night in the northwestern and coastal areas and thundershowers might fall over these areas while the weather will be relatively cold at night especially at the coastal mountains.

The wind will be southeasterly to southwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 29/15, Daraa 28/17, Hama 31/16, Lattakia 30/19, Aleppo 28/16 and Deir Ezzor 32/17.
