Shelling attack causes material damage in al-Qassaa and Abbassiyyin neighborhoods in Damascus
Armed groups continued their attacks on residential neighborhoods in Damascus with shells, causing material damages in al-Qassaa and Abbassiyyin neighborhoods.

A source at Damascus Police Command said that the armed groups fired three shells, one of them falling in front of the Church of the Holy Cross in Abbassiyyin neighborhood, and the other two near the Civil Defense in al-Qassaa neighborhood, all resulting in material damages to civilians’ houses and properties.

SANA’s reporter said that in response to the attack, units of the Syrian Arab Army targeted the sites from which the shells were launched, inflicting losses among the armed groups’ ranks.
