The state ministry for environmental affairs and the Arab Center for the Study of Arid Zones and Dry Lands signed a cooperation agreement in the related to protecting the environment and the natural resources. The minister of environment Kawcab Ad-Dayya pointed out that the agreement comes within the frame work of the ministry’s efforts to protect and enhance the natural rescores so that they can benefit this generation and the next ones; this is being done by exchanging information and implementing new projects.

On his part the director of ACSAD Dr. Rafeq Ali Saleh affirmed the need to set an executive work plan for the agreement and forming the joint committees, so that they can start working on implementing the agreement
