The draft, submitted by the Green Initiative for Development, will be discussed in accordance with the laws and legislations in force. Such step would save fuel and reduce pollution, as the legislative decree number fourty three includes many items that encourage the use of "Green Cars", such as tax cuts that would reach up to fifty percent.
