The Ministry of Agriculture estimated this season's production of fruit-trees to be eight hundred and forty thousand tons. This includes three hundred and fifty four thousand tons of apples, and four hundred and eighty six tons of almonds. The Ministry considers this season’s production to be very good, compared to the previous ones, regarding both production plans and the actual production.
