Army helps evacuating five families from al-Mayadeen city
– Five families from al-Mayadeen city, one of ISIS’s largest hotbeds, have been evacuated to the city of Deir Ezzor with the help of a unit of the Syrian Arab Army.

The evacuees expressed their happiness to have got rid of ISIS terrorism, calling on the locals of Deir Ezzor countryside who live in the areas where the terrorist organization is positioned to head to the nearest points of the Syrian Arab Army.

Head of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) branch in Deir Ezzor Anas al-Ishawi affirmed that food stuff and medical treatment have been provided immediately to the evacuated citizens as soon as they reached the city of Deir Ezzor.

ISIS terrorist organization has been taking civilians as human shields and preventing them from leaving the areas under its control by targeting the safe crossings set up by the army for the evacuation process.

In the past few weeks, the terror organization’s militants have killed dozens of citizens while attempting to flee to areas where the Syrian Arab Army is stationed in Deir Ezzor.
