Cuba reiterated its stance in support of the Syrian people, army and leadership in the face of the terrorist war which has been launched against Syria from more than six years.
Meeting Syrian Ambassador to Cuba Idris Mayya on Friday, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla underlined the importance of respecting Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, in addition to rejecting any foreign interference in its internal affairs.
Rodriguez called for respecting the right of the Syrian people to decide their future by themselves away from any foreign dictations.
For his part, Ambassador Mayya presented a briefing on the latest field and political developments in Syria, indicating that the US or the so-called “Int’l coalition” are still targeting infrastructure and committing massacres against the Syrian people.
He affirmed determination of the Syrian Arab Army to continue to hunt down the terrorists in every inch of the Syrian territories.
