Russian President’s Special envoy, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said on Wednesday that Syrian Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem will visit Moscow next week. Bogdanov added that al-Moallem will meet his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, according to Russia Today TV. “We hope the two Ministers would hold fruitful discussions on a joint work to combat terrorism and go ahead in the political process according to Geneva communiqué of 2012 and Vienna meetings,” Bogdanov affirmed. Minister al-Moallem visited Moscow last June.
