Tenth batch of militants starts to leave al-Waer neighborhood
The tenth batch of militants and some of their families’ members who reject the reconciliation agreement on Monday left al-Waer neighborhood heading for Idleb in the framework of the reconciliation agreement and in a step towards
ending all the armed manifestation in the neighborhood and paving the way for the return of the state institutions to it.

Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi told SANA that about 400 militants are expected to leave the neighborhood along with some of their families in this batch.

Al-Barazi indicated that next Saturday, al-Waer reconciliation agreement, which started on March 8th, will be accomplished.

The Governor expected that more of the families which left the neighborhood in the previous batches will return to al-Waer neighborhood, adding that on Saturday 41 persons returned to the neighborhood after they left it heading for Jarablous City.
