Temperatures will notably drop to become from 1 to 3 degrees below average as the country is affected by a low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere accompanied by a cold and wet air mass.
Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy and rainy and the rainfalls will be heavy and accompanied by thunder sometimes over the coastal areas.
The speed of the wind will exceed 50 km per hour, and the sea waves will be low to medium in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 18/11, Daraa 20/11, Homs 16/11, Lattakia 18/16, Aleppo 16/11 and Deir Ezzor 23/12.
