President al-Assad issues decree exempting debtors to Syrian Telecom from fees upon settling debts
President Bashar al-Assad issued legislative decree no. 17 for 2017 on exempting debtors to Syrian Telecom company from interest and other due fees if they settle their debts.

The decree covers debtors to Syrian Telecom who have subscribed for landline, telex, wireless devices, or ship communication services, and debtors in all forms of lawsuits including overdue proceeds and their inheritors if they pay their debts in cash, or in installments if the overall debts are more than SYP 10,000.
