Deputy in the Congress of Venezuela Adel Zubayar, on Monday, said his country is preparing to send a third shipment of diesel to the Syrian government, pointing out that Venezuela is ready to continue the supply of diesel according to the agreement.

Reuters news agency quoted Zubayar saying "the information we have reports that the ship Nejra Hiplita is on the Venezuelan coast, and according to the agreement Venezuela is ready to continue the supply of diesel," he did not mention the third shipment will be sent.

Late last month, Venezuelan Energy Minister Rafael Ramirez disclosed that his country will ignore Western sanctions against Syria, and will continue to provide assistance to them, pointing out that Venezuela sent at least two shipments of diesel fuel to Syria recently, and will continue to provide the Syrian government with fuel at any time they need it.
