Prime Minister: Met head of the touristic services syndicate
Prime Minister Dr. Wael al-Halqi reviewed today with the head of the touristic services syndicate Jamal al-Muazan in Damascus and its countryside along with the syndicate’s members the situation of the touristic sector, And its suffering due to the security situation the country is going through as well the economical sanctions imposed on Syria with the media misleading by some foreign mass media stations aiming to prevent the tourists and the citizens from travelling to Syria.
The prime minister asserted that the touristic sector is among the national sectors that have been affected by the crisis; as the government is working to reduce this problems by the measures they take at the level of loans scheduling, tourist facilities, debt relief from interest and penalties
 and reduce investment allowances, in addition to the efforts to attract tourism and encourage religious popular and internal tourism.
The prime minister stressed the importance of synergy among the Syrian community and the organizations and the syndicates role in the civil society in deling with the terrorists groups as well as protecting the infrastructure and public and private properties and the return of the refugees to their areas after they are have been made secure and stabile.
