SNDF Judicial Committee Discusses Issues of the Kidnapped and Arrested People
The judicial committee which was formed by the Syrian National Dialogue Forum (SNDF) discussed on Saturday the issues of the constitution, the detainees, the kidnapped people and the antiques and equipment stolen to outside Syria and reviewed the national reconciliation mechanisms in all Syrian provinces.

Head of the Committee, Judge Abboud al-Shawakh, pointed out the importance of the committee's work in dealing with several sensitive issues, stressing the necessity of intensifying efforts to deal with all issues, including the kidnapped and the arrested people.

the committee members focused on the necessity of specifying one authority to know about the situation of the arrested people and to refer them to the judiciary within 60 days from the day they were arrested
They called on the authorities concerned to announce the names of the arrested people and inform their families of the accusations against them as to consolidate trust between the citizens and the authorities concerned.

The committee members highlighted the necessity of punishing everyone who is involved in smuggling the factories and antiques of the homeland, particularly in Aleppo, which were transferred to Turkey under the supervision of the "Justice and Development Government of Recep Tayyip Erdogan."

The Syrian National Dialogue Forum was held on March 24th and 25th with the participation of a number of national parties and forces. The Forum discussed ways to emerge from the crisis in Syria far from foreign interference
