Lebanese Foreign Minister at the caretaker government Adnan Mansour said that Lebanon received on Tuesday an official invitation to attend the international conference on Syria, Geneva 2 from the UN\'s General-Secretary Ban Ki-moon.

In a statement, Mansour said that Lebanon is keen on finding a political solution to the crisis in Syria, adding that he will propose terrorism problem which hits several areas in the region.

According to the invitation statement, the international conference on Syria will be held on the Foreign Ministers level and will be led by Ki-moon in Montreux city in Switzerland on January 22.

Spokesperson for the Secretary-General Farhan Haq announced on Monday that Ban Ki-moon began to send invitations for the international conference on Syria, Geneva2
