Syria is ready to participate in the inter-Syrian dialogue to be held in Geneva without foreign interference, said Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem said on Thursday. He was speaking to his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi, as al-Moalelm is paying a visit to China that is expected to last until December 26.
