Russian President Vladimir Putin affirmed Saturday that Moscow and Tehran successfully cooperate to settle the crisis in Syria and there are tangible outcomes.

“Our country successfully cooperates with Iran to settle the crisis in Syria,” Putin said during a meeting with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on the sidelines of Shanghai Summit.

He added “I welcome this opportunity to work with you on the sidelines of Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
