Autumn Annual Exhibition on Tuesday kicked off at Asaad Basha al-Azem Khan, Damascus downtown, with the participation of more than 190 Syrian artists.

The exhibition embraced various paintings, photos and sculptures representing the abstract and expressionist art schools with high creativity, richness and uniqueness.


Minister of Culture, Dr. Ryiad Ismat said that all the fans of the Syrian plastic art movement know how much it has flourished on the Arab and international levels, and autumn manifestation is a huge activity celebrated by great artists and critics.

The best exhibited artworks will be chosen by the Ministry of Culture to participate later in international exhibitions in the countries with which the Ministry had signed cultural protocols.
