Military operations on Wednesday resulted in the death of tens of terrorists and the destruction of their weaponry as the army units targeted terrorist groups’ gatherings and dens in several areas around the country.

The army units made an advance in al-Rahimeh area in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, killing and injuring a number of terrorists and destroying their weaponry.

A military source told SANA that army units razed terrorists’ gatherings in the villages of Kafer Hamra, Izaz, Deir Jamal, al-Mansourah, Daret Ezza, Orum, al-Atareb, Tal Hatabat, Hreitan, the Industrial City, Tal Ballat, al-Oweijeh, Ba’idin, Handarat and al-Jandoul, making direct hits.

The source added that the army operations resulted in the destruction of 3 vehicles with all the terrorists driving them in Khan al-Assal.

In Aleppo city, army units killed and injured a number of terrorists in the neighborhoods of Bustan al-Kaser, Kastal Misht, Hanano, al-Sukkary and al-Shaar .

A military source told SANA that units of the armed forces targeted terrorists’ gatherings in the village of Aqrab in Hama countryside and in the village of al-Barghouthiyeh and Um Sharshouh village in Homs countryside, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.

Army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts in Manshiyet Khan al-Sheih in Damascus Countryside, killing 15 terrorists, among them the leader of one of the armed terrorist groups, Omar Khaled al-Shamali, and injuring others.

A military source told SANA reporter that the army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in many areas in Khan al-Sheeh in Damascus Countryside and killed and injured scores of terrorists.

Army units thwarted two terrorists’ infiltration attempts from Katakit building towards al-Masri roundabout in Daraa al-Balad and from al-Yadoudeh into Etman in Daraa countryside, killing and injuring a number of them.

Other army units targeted a number of terrorist groups in the neighborhoods of al-Kark and Daraa al-Balad, killing several of their members, in addition to destroying two of their vehicles.

Other terrorists were targeted in al-Kassareh area on Zamrin-Samlin intersection and in Saham town in Golan in the countryside. Many of them were killed and wounded.
