Syriandays The Syrian exports are up despite the sanctions Despite the decline in the number of countries that receive the Syrian products as a result of U.S., European and Arab sanctions , but the exports of manufactured products and raw materials, has made some progress and rose during the past year. Sources said the door is still open for the Syrian products to enter the markets of three Arab countries, namely: Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq, which have rejected to apply the sanctions, which keep the door open , especially that the volume of Syrian exports to these countries is up by about 40 percent ; add to that the fact that the Syrian Iranan free trade zone accord is now into force, adding that exports have improved in the fourth quarter of last year.
